Tom Grainger was born in a back street area of Birmingham just before the out break of World war II, He had little education but went on to be a successful business man and retiring for the first time at the turn of the millennium. He then went in to property, developing and managing a property portfolio with moderate success.

His latest venture is into writing and with the success of “A War Baby – Rags to Riches", which he self published and fictional comedy novel “Growing Old dis- gracefully” ready to go to press and a Celtic Wedding a sequel to War Baby part written, he is quickly becoming a prolific and successful author with mounting sales pushing him up the book Charts
